We had an amazing experience at the Workplace Wellness Day led by Jennifer Kelly. Jen created a truly holistic approach to wellness, focusing on both the mind and the body. One of the highlights was the team exercise where we shared positive qualities about each other, which really brought us together as a team. The breathing exercises and short meditations helped reduce stress and fostered a calm, positive environment. We also created personalized aromatherapy scents, which felt like the perfect way to align with the changing seasons. The Access Bar session at the end was a great way to leave the day feeling refreshed and positive. Overall, it was incredibly beneficial and uplifting experience for me and my coworkers. About ZenJen

Jennifer Kelly is the founder of ZenJen, LLC in Fairmont, WV. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: meaningful growth happens when people feel seen, supported, and met exactly where they are. Through mindfulness-based training and holistic wellness practices, Jen creates spaces where individuals and teams can slow down, reconnect, and build resilience in ways that feel practical and sustainable.

With a background that spans both corporate leadership and holistic wellness, Jen brings a grounded, real-world perspective to her work. She spent more than two decades in leadership roles within the life sciences industry, guiding global teams through change, growth, and innovation. Alongside her corporate career, she has devoted over 25 years to coaching and wellness practices, supporting people in managing stress, strengthening relationships, and making empowered choices aligned with their values.

Jen is a certified Transformation and Mindfulness Facilitator, Executive Education Instructor, and Access Bars Practitioner and Facilitator. She holds degrees in Psychology and Communications, along with an Executive Leadership Certification from eCornell. This blend of science-based leadership training and holistic wellness allows her to bridge mind, body, and purpose in a way that feels achievable.

Through educational training, immersive experiences, and energy-based services, Jen partners with individuals, organizations, and the broader community to make wellness and personal development accessible, inclusive, and profoundly transformative. Her work is rooted in connection, helping people cultivate clarity, confidence, and well-being in both their personal lives and their work.
