Creating Experiences That Help You Reconnect With Your Natural Well-Being

Pause. Reconnect. Remember.

Jennifer Kelly, Founder of ZenJen

You don't need to become someone new.  Sometimes you simply need the space to reconnect with who you've always been.

Life moves fast.  We spend so much of our time doing, solving, striving, and caring for others that it's easy to lose connection with ourselves.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is pause.

At ZenJen, I create experiences that quiet the mind, restore the body, and create the space for well-being to emerge naturally.

Whether you're seeking personal renewal, a meaningful experience for your people, or a way to connect with your community, every experience is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover greater clarity, presence, and well-being.

Your natural state is well-being.
Sometimes it simply needs the space to re-emerge.

People often arrive feeling heavy, mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for a reset.

They leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, more present, and more connected.

We let our clients do the talking

We had an amazing experience at the Workplace Wellness Day led by Jennifer Kelly. Jen created a truly holistic approach to wellness, focusing on both the mind and the body. One of the highlights was the team exercise where we shared positive qualities about each other, which really brought us together as a team. The breathing exercises and short meditations helped reduce stress and fostered a calm, positive environment. We also created personalized aromatherapy scents, which felt like the perfect way to align with the changing seasons. The Access Bar session at the end was a great way to leave the day feeling refreshed and positive. Overall, it was incredibly beneficial and uplifting experience for me and my coworkers. Highly recommended!!! – SD, Director of Operations

Meet Jen

Hi, I'm Jen Kelly, founder of ZenJen.

I believe that well-being isn't something we create; it's something we create space for.

After more than two decades in leadership roles within the life sciences industry, I came to understand something both personally and professionally: when people are given the opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, reconnect with themselves, and spend time in nature, meaningful transformation often unfolds naturally.

Today, I create experiences that help individuals, organizations, and communities reconnect with their natural well-being. Whether through an Access Bars® session, an Access Energetic Facelift™, an Access Bars® class, a nature-based retreat, or a community gathering, every experience is thoughtfully designed to create space for greater presence, clarity, connection, and possibility.

As a Transformation and Mindfulness Facilitator, Access Bars® Facilitator, and Nature Connection Guide, I bring together the science of human behavior, the wisdom of mindfulness, the restorative power of nature, and energy-based modalities to create experiences that are both practical and deeply meaningful.

I hold degrees in Psychology and Communications, an Executive Leadership Certification from eCornell, and certifications in Transformation & Mindfulness Coaching, Access Bars®, and the Access Energetic Facelift™, and Nature Connection Specialist. My professional background and holistic training allow me to bridge evidence-based leadership with approaches that support the well-being of the whole person.

At the heart of ZenJen is a simple invitation: to pause, reconnect, and remember that well-being is not something outside of you; it's something that has been there all along.

Whether you're seeking a moment of stillness, a fresh perspective, or simply the space to reconnect with yourself, I'd be honored to welcome you into an experience where your natural well-being can unfold.
