Service Description
An Access Bars® session is a gentle, non-invasive experience designed to quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation. While you rest comfortably and fully clothed on a massage table, I lightly touch 32 points on your head associated with different areas of life. This calming process can help release accumulated thoughts, stress, and mental patterns, creating more space for ease, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being. After a session, many people report feeling lighter, more peaceful, deeply relaxed, and more like themselves.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make a change. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a $30 fee. Please contact Jen directly if an emergency or unexpected circumstance arises. We value your time and appreciate your consideration for the time reserved for your care.
