Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make a change. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a $30 fee. Please contact Jen directly if an emergency or unexpected circumstance arises. We value your time and appreciate your consideration for the time reserved for your care.
